This site reflects the Village's commitment to communicate effectively with its residents and provides visitors with a snapshot of the level of services and quality of life within our community. The Village of Royal Palm Beach has a long standing commitment to service and professionalism. The design of and information accessible through this new website illustrates this commitment. Residents and visitors now have the ability to sign up to receive meeting agendas and minutes via electronic mail. Using our eBetterPlace Citizen Request Tracking System, citizens can enter requests and track the progress by utilizing the tracking number assigned. Based on the request type, it is routed to the appropriate department for analysis and resolution. Citizens can receive access to updates and information on community wide issues like recreation programs and activities, crime prevention bulletins, emergency preparedness notifications, and employment opportunities.
For many people, this website represents the "front door" to our community. Royal Palm Beach is a great community to call home as a resident or business and we encourage our citizens to take an active role in all community activities and civic affairs. Please attend the Village Council meetings and Village events, ask questions, and get involved!
