INVITATION TO BID
Sealed bids for Air Conditioning Maintenance of municipal buildings will be received by the Village of Royal Palm Beach at the office of the Village Clerk, 1050 Royal Palm Beach Blvd., Royal Palm Beach, FL 33411 up to 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday, September 2, 2009 at which time they will be opened and read in public. The envelope containing the bid shall be marked “Sealed Bid – Air Conditioning Monthly Maintenance - Annual Contract Opens 3:00 P.M., Wednesday, September 2, 2009”. Specifications and documents may be picked up from the Village Clerk’s office as of Monday, August 10, 2009, between 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Monday - Friday. You may also view the specifications and documents by clicking HERE. The Village reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids and to waive any technicalities or irregularities therein. The Village further reserves the right to award the contract to that bidder whose proposal best complies with the bid specifications and will best further the
interests of the Village.
Bidders must attend a pre-bid conference to be held on Wednesday, August 26, 2009 at 9:00 AM at the Field Operation Center, 10996 Okeechobee Blvd., Royal Palm Beach, FL 33411. A site visit will be at conclusion of this conference.
